Yikes it’s October already! Time to get it in gear and finish up winter prep. Mite counts were spiking up in mid-late September so I treated with formic. I have three big hives and two nucs at this point.
Good harvest this year: 400lbs from 3 hives! My customers are happy. Spring honey on the left, summer on the right. Crystallized spring in the middle.
